We keep saying how lucky we are with our guests and here are some of the reasons why!

1. They almost never moan when the weather is not perfect!

2. They smile – a lot!

3. They offer useful advice and ideas about how to improve our service – recently one guest spent several hours on a rainy day helping us update the German version of our website into good grammatical German. Above and beyond the call I would say!

4. They send E Mails to tell us they got home safely and to thank us for our hospitality – makes it all worthwhile somehow.

5. They spread the word about us without being asked.

6. They don’t mind me putting their photos on the web!

Occasionally there are things we find frustrating – one example recently was a guest who left, all smiles, saying they would give us a good review on a booking platform and then did the opposite. Please – if there is something you are not happy about, tell us – we may be able to resolve it for you. But these instances are really few and far between. Mostly we find people are lovely and seem to enjoy our particular brand of hospitality. Thank you one and all for your company and making us the richer by having met you!
